What the booking form collects
Only what you type into it: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, event type, event date, city or venue, expected crowd size, what you need delivered, budget range and your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and quote for your event. If you book, we use the same details to plan and deliver the shoot.
You agree to this when you tick the box on the booking form. We never sell or rent your details, and we never use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We delete an enquiry that does not become a booking 12 months after our last contact with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no pixels.
It stores one setting in your browser, and only if you close the announcement bar: a note that you closed it. Nothing about you is stored.
Who your details pass through
The booking form does not save your details on this website.
The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs, which record your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure.
The booking form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. You send the message yourself from your own WhatsApp account, and WhatsApp's privacy policy covers it.
Email you send us reaches our inbox through our email provider.
Only the Gigseye team reads enquiries.
Photos of crowds
We photograph performers and crowds at live events, and we publish those photographs on this website and on our social accounts.
If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, email hello@gigseye.com with a link to it or a screenshot. It comes down within 7 days.
Every photograph we publish has its hidden file details removed, including the location and camera information.
